What To Expect:
Circuit based training style with advanced and modified options available. The first 5 minutes for warm-up, 35 minutes of SWEAT, then 5 minutes cool down.
What You'll Need:
We don’t usually require equipment but every now and then we may incorporate:
a piece of tape or
anything found around the house.
