2 sessions per week
1 session per week (Tuesday OR Thursday or Saturday)
Drop in (Come whenever you want, it has to be a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday)

What To Expect:
Circuit based training style with advanced and modified options available. The first 5 minutes for warm-up, 35 minutes of SWEAT, then 5 minutes cool down.
