
JUST2SWEAT 6-week Bootcamp
JUST2SWEAT is an at-home 45 min virtual fitness class through Zoom! All fitness levels are welcomed.
My training style includes motivating and inspiring people to push themselves in order to see results. JUST2ZOOMNATION allows me to fully interact, challenge, motivate and inspire my clients. Classes are never the same but the intensity and motivation is consistent.
You can expect circuit-based training style with advanced and modified options available. The first 5 minutes for warm-up, 35 minutes of SWEAT, then 5 minutes cool down.
We don’t usually require equipment but every now and then we may incorporate a resistance band, dumbbells, a chair, a broom or even a piece of tape.
