About Adenike Charles
Adenike’s expertise includes conducting sports team workshops on mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention. She provides customized one-on-one programs, online coaching, and group training tailored for women over 35, individuals with disabilities, and athletes pursuing strength and conditioning. In addition to her fitness endeavors, she conducts corporate wellness workshops, leads fitness classes, and leads a mentorship program with the Peel District School Board. Moreover, she spearheads the Women’s Ministry at her local church, epitomizing her dedication to holistic well-being.
