JUST2SWEAT 6-week Bootcamp
JUST2SWEAT is an at-home 45 min virtual fitness class through Zoom! All fitness levels are welcomed.
Our training style includes motivating and inspiring people to push themselves in order to see results. JUST2ZOOMNATION allows me to fully interact, challenge, motivate and inspire my clients. Classes are never the exact same but we’ll always have the same intensity and MOTIVATION!!
What To Expect:
Circuit based training style with advanced and modified options available. The first 5 minutes for warm-up, 35 minutes of SWEAT, then 5 minutes cool down.
What You'll Need:
We don’t usually require equipment but every now and then we may incorporate:
a chair, a broom
a piece of tape or
anything found around the house.
