JUST2SWEAT On-liine 7-week Bootcamp
Welcome to JUST2SWEAT, a 45-minute virtual fitness class conducted via Zoom for all fitness levels! Beginning January 1st, 2024, Our program will span over 7 weeks, with the final week dedicated to renewal and Fridays designated as Reflection Fridays. During this time, participants will engage in mobility exercises, yoga, or meditation.

My training approach focuses on motivating and inspiring individuals to push their limits for visible results. Through JUST2ZOOMNATION, I am able to actively interact, challenge, and motivate clients consistently. While each class varies, the intensity and motivation remain constant. Anticipate circuit-based training with options for both advanced and modified exercises. Our sessions typically comprise a 5-minute warm-up, 35 minutes of intense activity, and a 5-minute cool down. Equipment needs are minimal, but occasionally we may incorporate items like resistance bands, dumbbells, a chair, a broom, or even a piece of tape.
