Personal Training is the fastest and most effective way to reach your goals. Each workout will be carefully tailored to your body and your goals. Each session is 45 minutes long.

Initial assessments are included in the multi-session packages.

Our most popular package is 12 sessions.

1:1 Package time limits

  • 8 Sessions: Must be used at a rate of twice per week and depleted within 4 weeks.
  • 12 Sessions: Must be used at a rate of twice per week and depleted within 6 weeks.
  • 24 sessions: Must be used at a rate of twice per week and depleted within 12 months.

**** We are happy to work through illnesses and vacation if you are unable to complete the sessions within the aforementioned time frame.
